What is the difference between Gold and Diamond?
Redundancy. Gold runs on a single distribution — one path with no alternative — so its uptime guarantee is 80–90%. Diamond places two distributions in front of your traffic: a second path holds the link, which is why it carries a 98% guarantee, together with priority 24/7 support and a live dashboard.
Do you offer pay-as-you-go?
Not without commitment. Metered is available under contract only, with an annual licence (setup fee), a monthly base and billing against real measured traffic. In that form it carries two load balancers and the same 98% uptime guarantee as Diamond.
Is there a licence or setup fee on Diamond?
No. Diamond has no licence or setup fee of any kind and is charged weekly. Gold has no licence fee either; the annual licence applies to Metered only.
Can we start on Gold and move up later?
Yes. Gold comes with standard support and can be upgraded to Diamond at any time.
